TTWHA is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking experienced firms to provide Professional Financial Planning and Advisory Services for a Joint Powers Authority-led Employee Rental Housing Project.

Important Scope Clarification:
Please note that this scope of work pertains to initial services prior to any Agency bond issuance. Respondents are not expected to provide a fee for bond issuance services at this time. If the Site moves forward as a bond-financed development, the selected respondent is assumed to be the municipal advisor for the issuance of the necessary bonds. The bond issuance fee will be negotiated separately at a later date.
